Job summary

Philip Morris International in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Manager Strategy and Program Delivery. The role coordinates strategy planning and delivery across functions, translating insights into cross-functional initiatives to shape the affiliate's direction.

The successful candidate will lead high-impact strategic studies, identify opportunities in business development and incubation, and drive execution with KPI frameworks while collaborating with senior management and regional partners.

Qualifications

• University degree or Master’s in Financial Management, Economics, Business Administration, or Mathematics; an MBA is an advantage.
• 10+ years of experience in multinational companies.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in strategic consultancy.
• Exposure to Finance and Commercial functions is an advantage.
• Highly collaborative and agile, with the ability to lead internal and external stakeholders and inspire change.
• Ambitious, accountable, and willing to take a hands-on approach.
• Fluent English. Spanish will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Formulation: coordinate strategy planning cycles and align functions to define initiatives.
• High-Impact Strategic Studies: lead projects addressing business challenges with structured problem-solving and funding advocacy.
• Business Development and Incubation: identify topics and design business models with sponsors.
• Strategy into Execution: develop a program portfolio and implement KPI framework across priorities.
