Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Barcelona seeks a Concurrent Planner (Production & Supply Planner) to join the Planning Service Center and ensure product availability across the assigned supply network, while optimizing total delivered cost.

The role drives end-to-end planning by coordinating teams, leveraging technology, and applying best practices. You will generate and review production and deployment plans, partnering with stakeholders across markets and categories to influence planning performance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, production and demand planning or distribution planning.
• Fluency in English is a must; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate 18 months production plan that respects capacity and service goals.
• Review signed-off demand plan to confirm production requirements and inventory targets.
• Run what-if scenarios to resolve supply/demand gaps and assess feasibility.
• Collaborate with factories and markets to align capacity and production needs.
• Review inventory targets and work to reduce them without sacrificing availability.
• Lead stakeholder reviews with factories and markets.
