The role
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the IT HR Strategic Product Portfolio Architect, IT HR Architects, IT HR Product Managers and Owners, other Nestlé IT streams (such as Enterprise Architecture, Security, Platforms, Analytics, Data & Integration), offshore delivery teams, and vendors like SAP, IBM, UKG, Microsoft, etc., to bring deep expertise and knowledge to:
- Manage and evolve the IT HR systems landscape to ensure secure, performant, and compliant operations.
- Support the implementation of IT HR strategy and roadmaps to maximize business benefits and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive innovation in IT HR.
- Support the implementation of Nestlé Enterprise Architecture programs in IT HR, aligning with standards and future-state vision.
What you’ll do
- Define, document, and secure approval for new solutions' design, covering Technical Architecture, Application Security, Integrations, Data in Motion and at Rest.
- Review and document changes to existing solutions, securing approvals.
- Support product teams during RFPs, Privacy Impact Assessments, Cloud Solution assessments, and architecture reviews.
- Work with Product Managers, Owners, Solution Architects, and offshore teams to oversee system landscape utilization and manage conflicts.
- Monitor current solutions to identify deficiencies and strategize upgrades or changes.
- Collaborate with security, platforms, and vendors to evolve the IT HR landscape securely and efficiently.
- Develop architecture components like Building Blocks and solution patterns aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Support root cause analysis for technical issues and recommend solutions.
- Set up tools for system performance and stability monitoring, working with vendors and IT teams.
- Assist in planning and executing volume stress tests and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure delivery of value aligned with product roadmaps and business objectives.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in IT implementation and delivery projects.
- 5+ years as a Solution Architect in HR solutions like SAP ERP HCM, SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and related platforms.
- Strong experience in SAP, SuccessFactors, SAP BTP architecture, and security measures.
- Knowledge of Data Privacy regulations (GDPR) and application development methodologies.
- Understanding of emerging technologies and solution architecture translation.
- Experience with DevSecOps and agile methodologies.
Bonus Points if you:
- Have knowledge of solutions like ServiceNow, WalkMe, UKG Dimensions, Confluent, RPA, testing automation, AI foundations, and responsible AI concepts.
- Are comfortable interacting with vendors and offshore teams, providing status updates.
- Have experience in a global, diverse environment and effective communication skills in English.
- Are autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented.
