Job Description:

What You Will Do

• manage sourcing initiatives in Spain and lead international sourcing projects
• collaborate with stakeholders to optimize supplier selection and negotiations
• lead sourcing for (indirect) spend categories such as IT software/hardware, professional services, and other procurement categories
• drive cost reduction efforts and supplier performance management
• develop processes, tools, and best practices for procurement efficiency

What You Bring

• degree in IT or business administration, ideally with procurement certifications
• at least 5 years of experience in procurement or consulting
• strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset
• fluency in Spanish and English; German is a plus
