Strategic Procurement Manager IT (f / m / d)

As a Strategic Procurement Manager IT, you will be responsible for strategic sourcing across IT categories, including SaaS cloud-based solutions, hardware, and cybersecurity. You will lead procurement initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and ensure alignment with compliance and value creation goals.

What you will do

• Support the development of category strategies for IT, including SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and hardware
• Conduct supplier analysis and market research to support strategic decision-making
• Manage sourcing projects, ensuring alignment with procurement goals and compliance standards
• Lead contract negotiations and support ongoing supplier relationship management
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to procurement performance tracking
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with business needs

What you bring & who you are

• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing sourcing projects and supplier negotiations
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, compliance, and risk management
• Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage
