Alira Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its PMO to lead medium- to large-scale projects, optimize processes, and implement tools that enhance governance and operational efficiency. The role emphasizes coordinating multiple stakeholders and translating strategic goals into actionable plans.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of project management experience, healthcare exposure, and strong analytical skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Healthcare, Operations, Logistics, or Life Sciences.
• 4–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or related fields, including cross-functional project leadership.
• Experience implementing at least one type of business software solution (ERP/PSA/HRIS/CRM/ATS).
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
• Strong analytical and governance skills; ability to translate KPIs into actions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead medium- to large-scale projects and coordinate stakeholders across functions.
• Create project charters, timelines, and reports ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Own operational metrics and drive improvements using data-driven insights.
• Design frameworks for internal governance and accountability across projects.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge to grow PMO capabilities.
• Communicate project performance to leadership and suggest corrective actions.
