A travel tech company in Sevilla seeks a Partnership Development Manager to establish collaborations with local and international tourism offices. Would you like to join us?

Job purpose : You will spearhead our collaborations with local, regional, and international Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) and tourism offices. In this role you will create strong and long-lasting partnerships with local tourism offices all over the world with the goal to create a new line of revenue for the company, improve brand recognition, enhance destination visibility and increase travel bookings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the travel industry, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Main job responsibilities are : Identify and Establish Partnerships :

Identify and contact key DMOs and tourism boards that resonate with Stayforlong’s clients and value proposition. Forge relationships with them to create long-lasting collaborations and promote these destinations on Stayforlong’s platforms and communication channels. Define Partnership Offer :

Using existing and new communication medium, create customizable offers that meet DMOs and tourism boards expectations. Constantly evolve this offer package to improve Stayforlong’s value proposition for its destination partners. Develop Marketing Campaigns :

Collaborate with internal partners to create ad-hoc co-branded marketing campaigns that align with both parties' objectives. Manage Partnership Agreements :

Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with partnership agreements. Monitor and Report Performance :

Analyze the effectiveness of partnership initiatives, identify areas of improvement, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Collaborate Internally :

Work closely with marketing, supply, and product teams to ensure cohesive execution of partnership strategies and align destination marketing efforts with overall business goals.

What you will bring : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years in partnership development, sales, or marketing within the tourism or hospitality sector. Proven experience in destination marketing or a similar role within the travel industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in project management, and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
