A leading fintech company in Barcelona is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to enhance partnerships in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in strategic sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a business school diploma. This full-time position offers opportunities for career development and supports remote work two days a week.

Building strong relationships with key players in banking / real estate sectors in Italy by participating in key industry events / networking activities.Closing deals & long term partnerships with the most interesting players for papernest in term of revenue potentialDeveloping strategic projects in close collaboration with the strategic partnership team and the various internal teams (Sales, Account Managers, CRM, Product, Operations etc.).Exploring new distribution channels for our offer and building new customer paths to improve our customer acquisition performance.Your ProfileEngineering or Business school diplomaMinimum 2 years of experience in a strategic sales position (e.G., strategic partnerships, large account business development), a strategy consulting firm, or a fast paced start-up / scale-up. Operational experience is a plus.Excellent interpersonal skills and appetence for business development (you're not afraid to talk to the CEOs of Europe's biggest banks / real estate players)You also have strong analytical skills (you're well-versed in Excel models and ideally interested in developing new analytical skills such as SQL)Previous experience in Banking sector is a plus.What We OfferCompensation :
