To increase our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Strategic Partner Account Manager (m / f / d) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible.
This role reports directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.
Your Job
- You will identify, manage, and develop a strong network of Telcos, MSSPs, and Tier 1 partners across Spain, focusing on strategic players such as Telefónica, Orange, and other key telecommunications providers.
- You will oversee onboarding of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships.
- You will organize and coordinate online and in-person training sessions for our partners, including product training, ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.
- You will define and drive business plans with partners, monitor their growth, and ensure continuous strategic and commercial development.
- You will participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote our solutions and strengthen brand presence.
- You will create accurate sales forecasts and define strategies to meet business targets in Spain.
- Internally, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams; externally, act as a key point of contact representing the company professionally.
- You will update our CRM system regularly with relevant partner and deal information for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Valuable existing relationships within Telefónica, Orange, MSSPs, Tier 1 Partners, or other leading Telcos are considered a strong asset.
Your Profile
- You have solid IT knowledge from academic background, university studies, or equivalent qualification, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services.
- You have at least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued, especially in complex sales involving multiple stakeholders.
- You have relevant experience managing strategic partners like Telefónica, Orange, MSSPs in Spain, and have successfully developed these relationships.
- You are an excellent communicator, interacting confidently and professionally with partners and customers.
- You are willing to travel frequently (up to 50%) and enjoy presenting and promoting Hornetsecurity’s solutions during meetings and negotiations.
- You bring a winning personality and thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.
- You have at least B2 level English proficiency, spoken and written.
- You are driven by achievements, pursue quarterly goals with passion, and hold yourself accountable.
- You are highly organized and skilled at prioritizing tasks to support growth and success.
