To increase our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Strategic Partner Account Manager (m / f / d) for 40 hours / week to start immediately or as soon as possible. This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.
Your Job
- Identify, manage, and develop a strong network of Telcos, MSSPs, and Tier 1 partners across Spain, focusing on strategic players such as Telefónica, Orange, and other key telecommunications providers.
- Oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships.
- Organize and coordinate online and in-person training sessions for our partners, including product training, ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.
- Define and drive business plans with partners, monitor their growth, and ensure continuous strategic and commercial development.
- Participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote our solutions and strengthen brand presence.
- Create accurate sales forecasts and define strategies to achieve business targets in Spain.
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams, and externally act as a key contact representing the company professionally.
- Update our CRM system regularly with relevant partner and deal information for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within Telefónica, Orange, MSSPs, Tier 1 Partners, or other leading Telcos are considered strong assets.
Your Profile
- Solid IT knowledge through academic background, university studies, or an equivalent qualification, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services.
- At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman, especially in complex sales involving multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant experience managing strategic partners like Telefónica, Orange, MSSPs in Spain, and successful relationship development.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with partners and customers.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) and enjoy presenting and promoting Hornetsecurity's solutions.
- Proficiency in English at least B2 level, both spoken and written.
- Driven by achievements, passionate about reaching quarterly goals, highly organized, and capable of task prioritization.
