To increase our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Strategic Partner Account Manager (m / f / d) for 40 hours / week to start immediately or as soon as possible. This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.

Your Job
  1. Identify, manage, and develop a strong network of Telcos, MSSPs, and Tier 1 partners across Spain, focusing on strategic players such as Telefónica, Orange, and other key telecommunications providers.
  2. Oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships.
  3. Organize and coordinate online and in-person training sessions for our partners, including product training, ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.
  4. Define and drive business plans with partners, monitor their growth, and ensure continuous strategic and commercial development.
  5. Participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote our solutions and strengthen brand presence.
  6. Create accurate sales forecasts and define strategies to achieve business targets in Spain.
  7. Collaborate internally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams, and externally act as a key contact representing the company professionally.
  8. Update our CRM system regularly with relevant partner and deal information for accurate tracking and reporting.
  9. Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within Telefónica, Orange, MSSPs, Tier 1 Partners, or other leading Telcos are considered strong assets.
Your Profile
  1. Solid IT knowledge through academic background, university studies, or an equivalent qualification, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services.
  2. At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
  3. Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman, especially in complex sales involving multiple stakeholders.
  4. Relevant experience managing strategic partners like Telefónica, Orange, MSSPs in Spain, and successful relationship development.
  5. Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with partners and customers.
  6. Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) and enjoy presenting and promoting Hornetsecurity's solutions.
  7. Proficiency in English at least B2 level, both spoken and written.
  8. Driven by achievements, passionate about reaching quarterly goals, highly organized, and capable of task prioritization.
