Inspekt AI, a rapidly expanding tech company, seeks a hands-on Head of Finance & Operations to build the finance and operations backbone from the ground up. You will report to the CEO and alternate between strategic financial modeling and operational execution to support global growth.

You will own core finance, cash runways, budgeting, and forecasting, while ensuring data integrity across international teams and partners.

Formación

• 2 to 5 years of foundational experience within audit, transaction services, corporate finance, or business operations at a Big 4 firm or equivalent high-growth technology environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the financial engine and operational scaffolding for global expansion.
• Manage monthly close, reporting packs, and board financials.
• Forecast cash flow weekly; oversee treasury and runway modeling.
