Formación

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner, System Engineer, or SW Business Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum methodology.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish.

As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in bridging business needs with development execution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the development team.
  • Understand market and business needs to make informed decisions.
  • Own and refine the product backlog ensuring alignment with stakeholders and business objectives.
  • Act as the main link between sponsors, stakeholders, and the development team.
  • Guide development by clarifying requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting sprint and release planning.
  • Monitor and approve work, validate completed backlog items, provide feedback, and ensure continuous product improvement.
  • Track development progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • Min. 3 years of experience as Product Owner / System Engineer / SW Business Analyst leading several projects simultaneously
  • Technical education (university degree / vocational training)
  • Experience and knowledge in requirement engineering
  • Knowledge and understanding of business processes
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum methodology
  • Advanced level of both English and Spanish language
