Job summary

Airbus Operations in Illescas (Toledo) is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to lead MPS routines, analyze recovery scenarios and drive capacity planning across assembly lines. You will coordinate with manufacturing and program stakeholders to secure commitments and optimize lead times.

The role requires expertise in APC Jaguar and SAP, plus strong Excel skills and English/Spanish fluency. A hybrid work model is offered with opportunities for development in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Industrial or Mechanical) or related technical field.
Hands-on production planning, scheduling or manufacturing operations experience in industrial or aerospace settings.
Strong knowledge of APC Jaguar and SAP; proficient with Google Sheets and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

Evaluate program and production requirements to propose optimized production plans.
Lead Master Production Schedule routines and reviews with stakeholders.
Design and simulate capacity scenarios to absorb program cascades.
Build, track and analyze KPIs on deliveries and schedule adherence.
Calibrate planning models across APC Jaguar, SAP and APC-ARP interface.
Coordinate logistics alignment and mitigate supply disruptions.
