Thales Alenia Space is seeking a Master Planner to lead planning and scheduling across complex engineering projects in Madrid. You will develop end-to-end project schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure optimal resource allocation to meet milestones and delivery commitments.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, planning expertise, and experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree in Project Management, Operations Management or a related field is considered an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain end-to-end project schedules tailored to each engineering project.
• Coordinate timelines across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Delivery teams.
• Manage dependencies and critical paths to align with objectives.
• Drive Master Planning for hardware engineering projects.
• Analyze resource requirements across multiple projects.
• Optimize allocation of workforce, equipment, facilities and materials.
• Perform RCCP analyses to assess capacity needs.
• Monitor progress of multiple projects.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
