Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU seeks a professional to ensure demand anticipation for aircraft maintenance materials. You will build BOMs for future events, forecast material supply and repairs, and monitor KPI-driven stock management. The role requires strong data analysis, SAP experience, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Statistics/Math/Physics background and understanding of aircraft maintenance.
• Strong supply-chain and logistics knowledge with APICs experience.
• Experience in Inventory management and data analysis.
• Advanced Excel and Access skills for large data sets.
• Proficiency with SAP R/3 (Logistic-Production).
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with shifting priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical publications to forecast material supply/repair needs.
• Analyze material data from historical maintenance events to build a knowledge base.
• Develop a BOM method for future maintenance events.
• Assess BOM accuracy against real consumption to improve predictions.
• Define internal processes and KPIs to manage spare stock and repairable items.
