Airbus Operations Illescas in Spain is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to join the Planning & Scheduling Team. The role focuses on mid- and long-term planning (18 months) for MDCD A350F, driving monthly finite capacity planning with manufacturing and program stakeholders, and steering the planning IT ecosystem (APC Jaguar and SAP).

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Industrial, Mechanical) or related technical discipline.
• Hands-on background in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations in industrial or aerospace environments.
• Advanced proficiency in APC Jaguar (and APC-ARP interface) and Google Sheets; working familiarity with SAP.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate program and production requirements, analyzing recovery scenarios and plant calendar constraints to propose optimized production plans.
• Lead Master Production Schedule (MPS) routines and stakeholder reviews, challenging delays to secure firm operational commitments.
• Design and simulate capacity scenarios within assembly lines to absorb program cascades and minimize lead-time disruptions.
• Build, track, and analyze execution KPIs measuring deliveries and schedule compliance, defining and driving targeted recovery action plans.
• Maintain and calibrate planning models and parameters across core systems (APC Jaguar, SAP, and APC-ARP interface).
• Coordinate logistics alignment and resource availability, actively mitigating supply disruptions to guarantee smooth assembly execution.
