Strategic Marketing Manager - Test & Measurement

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION :

This is a remote position, open to candidates in various countries.

In this role, you will :

  • Become our Test and Measurement market expert with an advanced understanding of how solutions reach the market and address customer challenges.
  • Stay close to technology trends, understand the market landscape, and monitor competitive movements in the test and measurement sector.
  • Identify gaps in products, services, footprint, or routes to market; develop strategies to close these gaps and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product team to conduct market research, understand customer needs, and define target segments.
  • Create impactful marketing campaigns to increase awareness and demand for our solutions.
  • Communicate our value proposition clearly and differentiate our solutions from competitors.
  • Work with Marketing Communications to execute content strategies successfully.

YOU HAVE :

  • An academic background in business administration, marketing, or industrial engineering and management.
  • Previous experience as a Marketing Manager, Product Marketer, or in Product Management.
  • A strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to align marketing strategies with customer needs.
  • Knowledge or experience in the Test and Measurement or Industrial Automation sectors is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-regional teams indirectly and foster collaboration.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, domestically and internationally.
