Job summary

Fever, Madrid-based leader in culture and live entertainment tech, seeks an attorney to lead corporate transactions and M&A initiatives globally. You will advise on joint ventures, co-investments, and governance, partnering with dealmakers to align with Fever’s strategy while navigating a scaling, international business.

Qualifications

• Barred practicing lawyer with at least 4 years PQE in corporate transactions.
• Fluent English; preferably Spanish.
• Excellent academic record or experience in top-tier firms.
• Keen attention to detail with strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Strong technical skills and willingness to explore new territory.
• Effective communicator with emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review joint venture and co-investment agreements and ancillary documents.
• Support business teams in negotiations from analysis to execution.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors to prioritize work.
• Prepare and revise internal templates and knowledge management docs; manage documents.
• Assist with corporate governance for Fever group.
• Support ongoing compliance functions as required.
• Contribute to upskilling and growth of team members.
