Job summary

Fever, headquartered in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Legal Counsel to support Fever’s global operations with a focus on Nordic countries. You will report to the Lead Counsel and engage in day-to-day corporate and commercial matters, negotiating agreements and enabling growth across regions.

We value an EU-qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE, experience in top firms or large multinationals, fluent English, and ideally French or German.

Qualifications

• Barred European lawyer with 4+ years PQE in Nordic jurisdictions.
• Experience in top-tier law firms or in-house at a large multinational.
• Fluent English; French or German is a strong plus.
• Ability to translate complex legal issues into business outcomes.
• Strong technical skills.
• Effective communicator with emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Provide general legal support by adapting company strategy to regional business needs in the Nordics.
• Support corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation matters for the region.
• Stay up to date on relevant laws and jurisprudence in the region.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to manage complex matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and terms across jurisdictions.
• Contribute to templates and legal guides to scale knowledge.
• Prioritise work based on company strategy and objectives.
• Upskill and grow other team members.
