• Experience advising on corporate matters, procurement, safety, security, insurance and sustainability.
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate supplier and customer contracts.
• Experience coordinating GDPR matters with Data Protection authorities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general business law advice across the company.
• Draft, Review, support during negotiation, and finalise supplier and customer contracts.
• Coordinate consumer or regulatory matters, and ensure compliance with laws.
• Coordinate with external law firms and internal stakeholders to manage costs and deadlines.
• Support Head of Legal in budgeting and policy development.
