Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Barcelona, Spain seeks an experienced IT Lead & Business Partner for the OpU IV Fluids to align IT initiatives with local business objectives and priorities. You will lead a team of Site IT Heads in TechOps and serve as the strategic IT interface for the unit, ensuring IT delivers value for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with familiarity in the IT environment
• At least 10 years of IT business partner experience in large, complex organizations and 5+ years engaging with senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of IT and business processes and translating business needs into IT solutions in Healthcare contexts
• Experience navigating complex matrix orgs with global, remote, and multi-time-zone collaboration
• Knowledge of IT demand management frameworks and best practices
• IT project management expertise; PMP/Prince2 certifications are a plus
• Certifications such as ITIL/ITSM, COBIT, TOGAF are a plus
• Familiarity with AI, ML, IoT, and blockchain trends
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Contributes to developing local IT strategy aligned with global IT objectives
• Maintains an overview of IT activities, portfolio and capacity planning for site IT
• Promotes adoption of new technologies to enhance business processes
• Ensures compliance with IT SOPs, monitors IT services and projects
• Oversees value realization of IT solutions and handles stakeholder concerns
• Coordinates local and global IT projects within the operating unit
• Owns consolidated view of IT projects and budget across Production Units
• Leads change management for IT adoption of new solutions and processes
• Develops relationships with stakeholders to understand expectations and opportunities
• Facilitates effective communication between business and IT
