Job summary

The IT Digital Enablement Partner/Analyst role partners with business units to translate needs into technology requirements and to drive adoption of digital capabilities, analytics, and automation across value streams.

The position reports to the IT Digital Enablement Lead and collaborates with regional IT, PMO and global IT teams to shape priorities and deliver value while ensuring alignment with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in IT, business analysis or digital roles.
• Minimum 3 years as a business analyst, IT business partner or similar advisory role.
• Understanding of IT in regulated environments such as healthcare is preferred.
• Experience in global, matrix organizations preferred.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and translate business needs into clear, harmonized technology requirements for the value stream.
• Support the digital enablement strategy, define digital initiatives, and track benefits realization.
• Drive adoption of digital capabilities including data analytics, automation, integration and AI/ML.
• Coordinate with IT PMO, Digital Capabilities and Regional IT to ensure delivery and adoption in line with policies.
