Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in a relevant function such as clinical operations, IT, data management, or project management.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data capture tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project leadership and planning skills.
• Attention to detail and quality control in driving initiatives to closure.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large scale projects within the IPS program.
• Ensure timely, on-budget deliverables aligned with the plan.
• Coordinate with Technology Optimisation team and stakeholders.
• Monitor, report on multiple projects to Tech Optimisation and Executive Management.
• Lead problem solving and resolution efforts.
• Record and document project activities.
• Produce and present reports to management.
