Job summary

IQVIA seeks an Engineering Manager / Delivery Lead to own end‑to‑end delivery for Agentic AI solutions within AI & Technology Solutions. You will translate product intent into clear delivery plans, orchestrate both internal teams and vendors, and ensure regulatory and quality governance from PoC through production.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team of AI engineers and data specialists, drive sprint cadence, and maintain delivery readiness across environments, CI/CD, and release processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering delivery roles or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering Agentic AI or data‑intensive platforms.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments with production readiness and lifecycle controls.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery for Agentic AI solutions from PoC to production.
• Translate product scope and architectural direction into delivery plans and milestones.
• Drive day‑to‑day engineering delivery, dependencies, and blockers.
• Ensure delivery readiness across environments, QA, validation, and release governance.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors as a single delivery unit.
• Provide transparent delivery reporting and surface risks with options.
• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Align delivery with regulatory, quality, and governance expectations.
