EIT Urban Mobility in Barcelona, Spain, seeks an Innovation Exploitation Manager to lead the Horizon Lab’s C&D&E Team and drive proposal development, innovation management, project delivery and exploitation.

You will shape the Lab's value proposition, strengthen partnerships with cities, public authorities, industry and research organisations, and oversee strategic initiatives across Horizon Europe programmes.

Formación

• Master's degree in Innovation Management, Engineering, Business, Public Policy, Urban Mobility or another relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in European research and innovation, innovation management or sustainable urban mobility.
• Strong track record in preparing and coordinating European funding proposals, especially Horizon Europe.
• Knowledge of Horizon Europe proposal development, project implementation and impact/exploitation requirements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sustainable urban mobility and European innovation ecosystems.
• Experience overseeing European-funded projects including budgets and obligations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing small multidisciplinary teams in international, matrix organisations.
• Excellent written and spoken English (minimum C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Horizon Lab’s C&D&E Team, setting priorities and allocating resources.
• Support the Head of Horizon Lab in programme planning and portfolio development.
• Lead and contribute to proposal development under Horizon Europe, Digital Europe and other EU programmes.
• Shape strong project concepts and consortia for proposals.
• Ensure proposals and projects include robust exploitation, dissemination and impact approaches.
• Oversee communication and exploitation activities across the project portfolio.
• Drive knowledge management, upscaling and methodologies for exploitation and transfer.
• Develop strategic relationships with cities, authorities, industry and research organisations.
• Identify funding opportunities and strategic partnerships for Horizon Lab objectives.
• Collaborate with Climate Neutrality Team to maximise exploitation and market opportunities.
