Joveo in Madrid is seeking an Associate Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives to join a high-visibility role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership. You’ll work directly with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office, driving AI‑led growth, cross‑functional transformation, and data‑driven decision making across the business.

Formación

2+ years in strategy, consulting, business ops, or founder’s office.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Able to influence across levels and drive initiatives.

Responsabilidades

Act as a strategic extension of the CXO, driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions.
Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and execute AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects.
Lead deep-dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions.
Build and operationalize frameworks that translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes.
Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and speed of execution.
Be the connectivet tissue between strategy and execution — ensuring priorities move from idea to plan to outcome.
Expose to AI innovation, global markets, and executive decision-making.
