Joveo is seeking an Associate Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives to join our AI-driven HR tech growth journey. This high-visibility role partners with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office to drive strategy, execution, and leadership across key company priorities.

You will influence data-driven decisions, scale new business lines, and enable cross-functional excellence while turning insight into action with impact at the highest levels of the organization.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or founder’s office roles.
• Founder’s mindset: think big, move fast, and own end-to-end initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Deep curiosity for AI, technology, and the future of work.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a strategic extension of the CXO, driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions.
• Identify, plan, and execute AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects.
• Lead deep-dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Build and operationalize frameworks translating strategic intent into measurable outcomes.
• Own and manage critical cross-functional projects with alignment and speed of execution.
• Connect strategy and execution to move priorities from idea to impact.
