TK Airport Solutions, a TK Elevator group unit in Mieres, Asturias, seeks a Strategy Analyst to support the Head of Strategy and CEO Office. You will deliver high-quality analyses, dashboards, and reporting to steer strategic initiatives on a global scale.

The role combines data-driven decision support with portfolio management of strategic projects, requiring strong English, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a hybrid onsite/remote setup.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy, transformation or operations.
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong English language skills; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Highly analytical with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tool.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and challenge directors constructively.

Your mission :

Support the Head of Strategy and the CEO Office in defining, tracking and delivering the company’s strategic initiatives. You’ll provide high-quality analysis and reporting, and use data to challenge initiative owners so that initiatives move forward, are properly prioritised and deliver the expected impact.

What you’ll do:

Analysis and reporting (c. 50%)

Half of your time will go into turning information into decisions. You’ll prepare the management reports, dashboards and materials that committees and senior leadership use to steer the business. You’ll also run ad hoc analyses whenever a strategic question comes up, from market sizing and benchmarks to business cases for new initiatives. Working closely with the Head of Strategy, you’ll help shape executive presentations that are clear, well-grounded and ready to support key decisions.

Strategic initiative tracking (c. 50%)

The other half is about making sure strategy actually happens. You’ll manage the portfolio of strategic initiatives as you would a project, keeping a clear view of owners, milestones, KPIs, risks and status. You’ll meet regularly with directors and initiative owners, not just to collect updates but to ask the right questions: what is being done and why, what impact it is having, and what is holding progress back. When something goes off track, you’ll raise it with the Head of Strategy and the CEO Office, always bringing a proposal on how to get it back on course.

You have 2–4 years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting, working on strategy, transformation or operations projects. You hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a similar field, and your English is strong. A master’s degree is a plus, but not a requirement.

You’re highly analytical. You work comfortably with advanced Excel and build executive-level PowerPoint presentations, and experience with Power BI or an equivalent tool is highly valued. You know how to synthesise complex information and turn it into a clear, compelling storyline.

You’re also well organised. You track milestones rigorously and can manage several workstreams at once without losing sight of priorities.

Above all, you have the presence and confidence to challenge directors without creating friction. You’re results-oriented, proactive, and you don’t wait for problems to elevate before acting on them.
