• 2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or founder's office roles (Tech / SaaS / high-growth startup background preferred).

• Build and operationalize frameworks that translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes.
• Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and speed of execution.
• Be the "connective tissue" between strategy and execution — ensuring priorities move from idea → plan → outcome.

About the Role

The Associate Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership.

You will work directly with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office, acting as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across company priorities. This includes everything from scaling new business lines and optimizing global operations to steering data-driven decision-making and enabling cross-functional excellence.
