Job summary

AIG Europe S.A. (Spain branch) seeks a strategic HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to Iberia leadership, translating global strategy into regional people solutions for Spain and Portugal in a matrixed environment.

You will own cyclical HR processes, coach senior leaders, and manage regional programs across Iberia, balancing global HR frameworks with local business needs to drive high performance and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in multinational environments.
• Strong data/metrics use to guide leaders’ decisions.
• Employment law knowledge for Spain and Portugal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
