Morgan Philips Executive Search is seeking a forward-thinking HRBP to drive transformation in a high-growth, dynamic organization in Madrid. You will partner with business leaders to design people strategies and act as a trusted advisor across the employee lifecycle.

Fluency in English (C1) and 7+ years of HRBP experience in multinational, matrixed settings are required. The role offers a global perspective with opportunities to influence talent, rewards, and organizational development.

Formación

• 7+ years of HR experience in HRBP roles within multinational, matrixed organizations.
• Strong business acumen—ability to align HR strategies with commercial objectives and drive measurable results.
• Expertise in Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Labor Relations, and Organizational Development as the HRBP.
• Experience in multinationals with best-in-class HR processes covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Fluent English: C1 is a must.
• Exceptional stakeholder management—requiring top-tier communication and influence skills.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic HR Partner: define and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate Across Functions: co-lead and execute HR core processes across organizational management, talent development, performance management, compensation & benefits, labor law, and change management.
• Employee Advocate: be the go-to person for employee counselling, helping to resolve issues while promoting a positive work environment.
• Drive HR Projects: lead impactful HR initiatives and partner with business units on key projects that foster growth and development.
• Influence & Advise: provide expert guidance to business leaders on HR matters.
• Global Interaction: work alongside a global network of HR professionals, contributing to projects and strategies across multiple regions.
