Job summary

Silimed is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead product families from concept to end-of-life. You will serve as the core business and scientific reference, turning market insights into strategies that drive market share, profitability, and value.

In this role, you will build global playbooks, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Supply teams, and own the product lifecycle with a global perspective and local regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Product Marketing, or related strategic roles.
• Experience with high technical, scientific, or regulatory complexity products (Healthcare, Pharma, medical devices) preferred.
• MBA or post‑graduate degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and lifecycle plans for assigned product families, including positioning and value proposition.
• Build and maintain global Product Playbooks, aligning with local regulatory and commercial needs.
• Monitor portfolio performance with KPIs and provide executive recommendations based on data and competitive analysis.
• Define pricing architecture, manage budgets, and build business cases for new lines and market expansions.
• Lead Go-to-Market activities for new products, coordinating cross-functional teams and launches.
