Job Description

We are seeking a strategic professional to drive exponential growth in organic reach, operational efficiency, and revenue by running continuous experiments and leveraging generative AI and data analytics.

Responsibilities :

• Design and run 12+ monthly growth experiments, including hooks, thumbnails, and posting strategies.
• Build automated content workflows using GPT‑4o, Runway, OpusClip, and Zapier / Make to streamline production and create content variants.
• Develop unified dashboards (TikTok, IG, GA4, revenue) with real-time alerts in Looker Studio or similar.
• Launch programmatic SEO targeting 200+ long-tail keywords.
• Provide actionable data and insights to support sponsored campaign proposals and reporting.
• Coordinate and manage freelance specialists in data, development, and design.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

• 5+ years in growth marketing, audience analytics, or marketing automation.
• Advanced skills in TikTok & Instagram analytics, GA4, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and video AI tools (Runway, Descript, OpusClip).
• Basic proficiency in SQL or Python for ETL and dashboarding.
• A test-and-learn mindset, familiar with OKRs and agile methodologies.
• English fluency (C1); experience with women's or lifestyle media is a plus.
