Sibelco is seeking a Global Energy Procurement Lead to shape energy strategy and supplier management from Bilbao HQ. You will own category strategy, drive savings, manage supplier relationships and hedge exposures across regions.

We seek senior procurement experience in energy markets, renewables, PPAs, and robust data analytics. Excellent negotiation and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 8–12 years of relevant energy procurement or trading experience.
• Experience across countries/international environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute energy category strategy long term. Lead sourcing and negotiations for savings and continuity.
• Own market hedging strategy and advise on open positions and budgets.
• Lead PPAs, green certificates and renewable energy sourcing actions.
• Collaborate with Sustainability, Finance, Legal and Operations for strategy execution.
• Negotiate RFx for energy suppliers and manage supplier risk.
