Sibelco is seeking a Director Corporate Tax based in Bilbao. You will act as a tax liaison for group projects, supporting the VP Group Tax with consulting services and leadership of tax-driven subprojects. You will propose, develop, implement, manage and safeguard tax planning structures.

The role requires coordinating with regional teams, ensuring Transfer Pricing policies and master file documentation are robust and compliant across Europe and other regions.

• Experience acting as a tax liaison for group projects.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing tax planning structures.
• Knowledge of transfer pricing and master file documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a Tax liaison for group projects and support tax teams with consulting services.
• Propose, develop, implement, manage and safeguard tax planning structures.
• Monitor and adjust tax structures for substance, benefit and compliance.
• Ensure Transfer Pricing arrangements are properly implemented across the Group.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure TP policies and documentation are in place.
