Job summary

Sibelco Group is seeking an IS Strategy & Enterprise Architecture Manager in Bilbao to translate corporate strategy into a cohesive IS roadmap and target architecture. You will lead architecture governance, drive portfolio rationalisation, and work with Cybersecurity, Data & AI and plant stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions globally.

You will chair the Architecture Review Board, engage senior leaders, and shape the enterprise architecture across central and regional teams while

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years in IT with at least 5 years in Enterprise or Solution Architecture and IT governance.
• Strong experience with EA frameworks and tools (TOGAF, ArchiMate; LeanIX/Ardoq/Bizzdesign/MEGA).
• Broad ERP, cloud, integration, cybersecurity and IT/OT convergence knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Translate corporate strategy into the IS strategy, target state architecture and multi-year roadmap.
• Own and improve the enterprise architecture framework, standards and AB governance.
• Drive portfolio management, rationalisation and reduce total cost of ownership.
• Define integration, cloud, security and IT/OT architecture with Cybersecurity, Data & AI teams.
• Advise senior leaders and lead the global architecture community across regions.
