Seedtag is seeking an FP&A Lead to join the Strategic Finance team in Madrid. You will partner with the CFO and leadership to drive financial performance, strengthen controls, and support strategic initiatives across a rapidly growing global business.

You'll own planning, budgeting and forecasting, manage Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analysis, and build models for investments and long-term planning. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Around 8 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Financial Due Diligence.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Working Capital.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver executive reporting and financial insights for the CEO, Leadership Team, Board and shareholders.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes across the business, ensuring robust financial planning and control.
• Own Balance Sheet, Working Capital and Cash Flow analysis, ensuring strong financial visibility.
• Drive financial performance and cost control by monitoring P&L across products, regions, business units and central functions.
• Build financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, investments and long-term planning.
• Support financing initiatives, M&A transactions, financial due diligence and broader corporate finance projects.
• Continuously improve reporting, forecasting and financial processes through automation, systems and data.
