Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with financial software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, proactive and detail-oriented traits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the budget, analyze balance sheets and elaborate financial reports to support decisions.
• Design and execute budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Produce financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Working Capital).
• Oversee accounting closure for European entities.
• Analyze inventory costing and price variations; monitor audits.
