Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in business administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of work experience in service business management or planning.
• Exposure to business intelligence and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational forecasts for assigned areas.
• Support monthly Flash, Budget, and Long-Term Planning cycles.
• Consolidate planning assumptions from multiple stakeholders.
• Identify forecast variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare variance analyses and explain key drivers.
• Generate recurring and ad-hoc business reports and dashboards.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Quality, and Segment teams to validate planning assumptions.
• Ensure integrity and consistency of planning data.
