247 Group in Marbella seeks a Technical Architect to evaluate feasibility, develop budgets, and ensure construction compliance for multiple projects. The role requires close collaboration with landlords, contractors and internal teams to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals.

The candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, monitor progress against specifications, and report to the Head of Concept/Office Manager.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of real estate and construction drawings.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Able to plan and lead cross-functional teams without formal line authority.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate project feasibility from business and regulatory/technical perspectives.
• Develop business cases, project plans, and budgets for each assignment.
• Ensure landlords and contractors implement drawings in line with regulations.
• Continuously monitor construction against specifications and conduct site inspections.
• Source and onboard new contractors and suppliers when needed.
• Keep projects on schedule, flag risks early, and manage handover to operations.
• Provide regular updates to management on project status.
• Manage and follow up investment and project budgets across all assigned projects.
