Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to manage monthly workload and forecasts.
• Provide financial insights by analyzing performance, trends, and risks.
• Support budget, forecast, and cost-centre management with variance analysis.
• Lead headcount and workload analysis to optimise resource decisions.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting and presentations for senior leadership.
