Fayara is seeking a Head of Finance to own and run the group’s finance function from Madrid. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving online business with multiple country entities, reporting to the CFO.

You will build scalable processes, drive automation, and provide clear financial insight to senior leadership across borders. Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Formación

• Significant Finance leadership experience in startups and scale-ups.
• Proven experience in online/digital businesses, including high-risk environments such as forex, crypto, gaming, iGaming, adult, eCommerce.
• Understanding of payments ecosystem across PSPs, e-wallets, EMIs, settlements and multi-partner work.
• Experience across multiple countries and legal entities.
• Hands-on approach with strong technical Finance knowledge (reporting, consolidation, controls, day-to-day operations).
• Experience implementing automation, systems, processes or AI tools to improve workflows.
• Owner mindset and business partner attitude, not an instruction-taker.
• Fluent English, international role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and advise at C-level/Board.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of Finance across the group.
• Improve how things are done, drive efficiency, scalability and reliability.
• Be a trusted Finance advisor to CFO, C-level and Board; translate financials into business insight.
