Novanta, a global technology group, is seeking a Business Controller for Keonn in Barcelona. The role blends finance leadership with business partnering in a hybrid Barcelona setting, collaborating with local leadership, Sales, and corporate finance to drive financial insight and robust processes.

The position focuses on forecasting, reporting, and financial planning in a growth-stage tech environment. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in FP&A/controlling, strong Excel and ERP familiarity, and

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in FP&A, controlling, or finance business partnering.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset; experience supporting Sales or revenue forecasting.
• Excellent Excel skills; ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Background in technology, hardware, or manufacturing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the embedded finance business partner for Keonn leadership.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the business unit.
• Partner with Sales to translate pipeline and bookings into forward-looking revenue forecasts.
• Lead reporting on bookings, backlog, shipments, and performance vs. targets.
• Support monthly accounting close in coordination with local and corporate finance teams.
• Build integrated P&L and balance sheet forecasts and support AOP and quarterly reviews.
• Deliver clear financial insights to support decision-making and growth.
