Job summary

Toloka, a remote-first AI data company, seeks a Program Director to own and scale enterprise fine-tuning projects across a major client portfolio. You will drive discovery, scoping, delivery, and ongoing engagement with enterprise engineering and product teams, ensuring top-tier outcomes and revenue growth.

This senior, hands-on role requires fluency in ML concepts, strong consulting experience, and the ability to navigate procurement and IT processes in large organizations.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting experience with hands-on client delivery.
• Technical fluency in LLMs and model fine-tuning; not a coding role.
• Product and process management to structure ambiguous problems.
• Experience with large enterprises and procurement/IT infrastructures.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• STEM background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end client engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Own project scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Navigate enterprise procurement and IT processes.
• Collaborate with CTOs, platform, infra, and ML leads.
• Translate client needs to internal ML teams.
• Partner with sales to shape offerings and scale across clients.
• Build repeatable processes and playbooks for growth.
