Job summary

Legora in Madrid is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead post-sale programs for a portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams across EMEA. You will design scalable adoption motions, automate processes, and drive commercial outcomes with data-driven insights.

You will own the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, coordinating with Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Support to maximize value and client ROI while maintaining portfolio health and renewal

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering programs for large customer bases.
• Ability to build repeatable adoption playbooks delivered at scale via digital channels.
• 5+ years in scaled or digital customer success or related field; manager level.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale motion end-to-end for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams across our EMEA scaled portfolio.
• Improve the scaled adoption playbook and enablement motions for Legora.
• Execute the playbook with automated touchpoints and interventions from rollout to firm-wide adoption.
• Facilitate strategic touchpoints with highest-stakes accounts while surfacing opportunities across the portfolio.
• Drive a programmatic operating cadence with templated success plans and scalable training.
• Monitor adoption signals and proactively flag risks and growth opportunities in internal systems.
• Own renewals and expansions as repeatable motions informed by data.
• Coordinate engagement across Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Product Marketing, Support.
• Translate customer feedback into roadmap and enablement actions.
