Commerce-UI seeks an experienced eCommerce Consultant to be the strategic voice for brands, partnering with founders, Heads of eCommerce and CMOs. You will shape roadmaps, tackle complex problems, and drive revenue-focused outcomes across client portfolios.

You’ll work closely with Design Leads, Tech Leads and PMs to translate business aims into actionable plans, while maintaining autonomy and a remote-friendly, high-craft culture.

Formación

• 5+ years in eCommerce, agency or brand-side.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify and headless architectures.
• Experience turning client problems into strategic roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategic relationship with a portfolio of clients post-launch and drive quarterly business reviews.
• Diagnose underlying problems and translate them into roadmaps and concrete actions.
• Collaborate with Design Leads, Tech Leads and PMs to convert strategies into briefs and scope.
• Manage client health, retention and account growth across your portfolio.
• Stay close to DTC trends, Shopify Plus, headless, AI in commerce and feed insights into roadmaps.
