Commerce-UI is seeking an experienced eCommerce Consultant to serve as the strategic voice for leading brands. You will sit alongside founders and CMOs, guiding roadmap decisions beyond mere implementation, and helping shape the agency's growth in DTC and Shopify ecosystems.

You’ll own high-impact client relationships, diagnose core conversion and merchandising problems, and translate insights into roadmaps and briefs for cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in eCommerce with real commercial outcomes
• Strong grasp of modern commerce stacks incl. Shopify, headless architectures, CMS, subscriptions, loyalty, OMS, ERP integration
• A strategist, not a project manager
• Data-driven; able to read analytics dashboards and CAC/LTV models
• Empathy, excellent communication, and client-facing skills
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
• Writers who can distill insights into content for clients and colleagues

Responsabilidades

• Own strategic relationship with a portfolio of clients post-launch and lead quarterly reviews
• Diagnose underlying problems behind client requests and decide whether proposed solutions address core issues
• Turn client problems into actionable roadmaps and strategic briefs for delivery
• Bridge strategy and execution with design, tech, and PM teams
• Own commercial outcomes: client health, retention, and growth across accounts
• Stay close to trends in DTC, Shopify Plus, headless, AI in commerce, loyalty and retention
• Contribute to new business pitches with depth and credibility and help shape our offerings
• Write content to build authority, including posts, blogs and newsletters
