Johnson & Johnson’s Shockwave division is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to be located in Spain or Italy. You will administer customer and GPO agreements, ensure pricing integrity and contract compliance, and maintain audit-ready data across Salesforce, Oracle, and related platforms.

You’ll work with Sales, Finance, Legal and IT to set up, validate and govern contract data, support billing, reporting and complex sales scenarios while driving process improvements and scalable operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business/technical field, or MBA.
• 8+ years of directly related work experience.
• Fluent English required; proficiency in an additional EU language is a plus.
• SFDC and/or Oracle experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret contracts and communicate clearly to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure proper system setup and cross-functional process creation for new product rollouts and initiatives.
• Oversee the integrity of pricing and contract data in SFDC and Oracle.
• Provide contract support to sales teams for quotes and amendments as needed.
• Create, monitor and analyze reports and dashboards in Excel, Salesforce, Oracle, and PowerBI.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, and Finance to maintain data governance and audit readiness.
