Responsabilidades

• Conducts research to identify potential clients within or across targeted industries like finance, technology, and engineering.
• Follows up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
• Supports to identify new market segment opportunities for Professional Talent Solutions.
• Maintains regular communication with candidates and provides timely updates.
• Sources candidates through advertising roles, searching and networking with talents in multiple sectors.
• Conducts comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to align with client requirements.
