Formación

• Experience in recruitment and candidate screening.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Comfort with coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide feedback at each stage of the process.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of candidates in logistics, industrial, and related areas.
• Research industry trends to deliver insights for clients’ growth and competitiveness.
• Assist in preparing materials for client pitches and engagement activities.
• Process contracts and documentation for compliance with regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction.
